Do you offer payment plans?
Our packages are charged at 50% upfront and 50% at the conclusion of the project. If you need something more flexible, just ask. I’m always happy to work out a plan that feels doable.
What’s the investment for branding?
Projects start from $1000. You can download the full Price Guide to see what’s included in each tier. Every brand is different, so we’ll always start with a chat to make sure we’re tailoring things to your needs.
How long does the process take?
Most branding projects take 3–5 weeks depending on the scope and how quickly we move through feedback rounds. If you're adding extras like social media or web design, I’ll map out a clear timeline for you upfront.
What do I need to get started?
Not much, just a solid idea of your business, your goals, and your audience. I’ll guide you through the rest. If you're not quite ready yet, I recommend starting with the Brand Discovery Workbook (coming soon!) to get your thoughts clear.
Can I book just a logo?
I don’t offer logo-only design. That’s because a logo without strategy is like a house without a foundation — it might look nice, but it won’t last. My packages are built to give you a cohesive brand identity that’s built to grow with you
Do you do websites too?
Yes! I offer a Website Starter Pack (aka the Digital Extension) that builds on your branding and gives you a clean, user-friendly site that looks as good as it works. I use Hostinger, but can work with your preferred platform (Squarespace, GoDaddy, Wordpress) and have everything handover-ready.
I'm not in NSW, can I still work with you?
Absolutely. I work with clients all over Australia (and beyond) via video chat, email, and shared workspaces. Wherever you are, the process is the same — clear, collaborative, and fully online.
